Free UK Delivery

All orders placed on AVI-8 UK are delivered to the UK FREE OF CHARGE. Delivery to the recipient's address will take 2-3 business days (subject to UK stock) if the order is placed before 1 PM Monday to Friday.

If the product is out of stock in our UK warehouse, it may take between 7-10 business days for the order to be received as it will be shipped from our international warehouses.

All prices shown on the site include 20% UK VAT. There will be no customs charges or taxes applied to orders sent from our international warehouse.

*All mentioned delivery time may vary in cases of situations beyond the control of the courier (e.g Customs Clearance, severe weather conditions, government lockdown, movement restriction policies, etc).

Free Delivery to the EU (Post Brexit)

Orders delivered to the EU (European Union) FREE OF CHARGE.

As a brand, we are committed to keeping the process of purchasing a watch from AVI-8 UK as hassle-free as it has always been for our European customers and we are happy to confirm all taxes and duties will be paid for as part of the delivery and the price you see on the site is always the final price you'll pay for your watch. However, be advised that clearance time for shipment to EU participating countries may take some time to clear due to the recent changes in customs policy which we do not control.

Deliveries to Ireland and the rest of Europe will take as early as 5-14 business days to be delivered (depending on stock dispatch location).

*We do not ship to APO/FPO and PO BOX address and a valid physical address would be required in order to process your order.

Refused / Return to Sender shipments

Refused & return to sender packages that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient due to the following reasons;

  • Incorrect & invalid shipping information (e.g wrong delivery address, wrong contact number)
  • Refusal to pay import duties when requested by customs (for Non-EU participating countries)
  • Refusal to provide local customs assistance in providing information (e.g providing EORI number)
  • Refusal to collect shipment at designated collection points (for addresses where couriers cannot redeliver to)

these are refunded only once when the shipment is received back in our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes. 

Returns

We want you to be able to buy with confidence and be completely satisfied with your purchase. So if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery, providing your purchased AVI-8 is:

  • Unworn
  • In an original and resalable condition with any tamper-evident label still attached
  • In its original packaging supplied with the purchase
  • For adjusted stainless steel straps, removed links must be re-inserted in their original position.

To return an item, please contact our Customer Support Team by clicking here. One of our representatives will respond to your request within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to return the watch. You will be issued a return authorization number which must be enclosed within the shipment that will be sent back. If you return the shipment without a return authorization number provided, it will not be accepted and processed.

AVI-8 does not take responsibility for the loss of any items lost during the return shipping and will not bear the cost of the return shipment unless you have been sent an incorrect or defective product.
