Free UK Delivery
All orders from AVI-8 are delivered to the UK free of charge and VAT inclusive and will be delivered with in 2-3 business working days (not including weekend and public holidays and subject to stock availability) if the order is placed before 1PM between Monday to Friday. Shipments bound for UK are VAT inclusive.
Delivery Outside the UK
- Orders from AVI-8 can be delivered Worldwide* and are FREE OF CHARGE.
- Deliveries to Ireland and the rest of Europe will take 3-5 working days to arrive.
- Deliveries to the Rest of the World will take up to 7-10 days to arrive.
Customers from countries within the EU (European Union) will be charged VAT at checkout and shipments will not be subject to customs charges upon delivery.
For customers from the Rest of the World & countries/cities within Europe who are not members of EU, the price listed on our website are non-inclusive of local tax, vat, import fees or other local duties which may apply depending on where in the world you are. Any charges applied upon import are the customer's responsibility and must be paid by the customer. If items are returned to us uncleared, re-importation and shipping costs will be debited from any refund due.
AVI-8 is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process.

- Saudi Arabia
*We do not ship to APO/FPO/BFPO and PO BOX address and a valid physical address would be required in order to process your order.
AVI-8 Returns Policy
As well as complying with distance selling regulations, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return the watch or jewellery to us within 28 days for your choice of exchange, full refund or a credit note. Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable*.
Any item returned to AVI-8 must be unworn and in an original and resalable condition with any tamper-evident label still attached. Items must be returned with packaging supplied with the purchase.
To return an item, please contact our Customer Support Team by clicking here. One of our Customer Support Team will respond to your request within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to return the watch. You will be issued a return authorization number which must be enclosed within the shipment that will be sent back. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged and sent via a trusted postal service. AVI-8 cannot take responsibility for return items damaged or lost in transit and only returns with assigned return numbers will be accepted. If you return the shipment without a return authorization number provided, it will not be accepted and processed.
Once we receive your return, we will aim to deal with it as quickly as possible and you will be notified by email when the return has been processed.
