To commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Daily Mail Transatlantic Air Race in 1969 won by Tom Lecky-Thompson in Harrier XV741, AVI-8 worked closely with renowned aviation restoration company Jet Art Aviation to produce a series of limited edition timepieces.

In a tribute to courage, precision, and a historic RAF campaign, this limited-edition chronograph pays homage to the remarkable feat of Operation Catechism, recognizing the bravery of the airmen involved in the operation. The watch's design captures the spirit of the mission and features dual time zones to reflect the global presence and strategic brilliance of the RAF Bomber Command.
