AVI-8 was incredibly proud to announce the partnership with the Royal British Legion for their centenary year in May 2021. AVI-8 x Jet Art Aviation
To commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Daily Mail Transatlantic Air Race in 1969 won by Tom Lecky-Thompson in Harrier XV741, AVI-8 worked closely with renowned aviation restoration company Jet Art Aviation to produce a series of limited edition timepieces.
AVI-8 x Help for Heroes
AVI-8 was honoured to announce the release of a line of limited edition timepieces in partnership with British charity Help for Heroes. Funds raised were used to provide lifetime support to those wounded in the service of their country. Every course and activity offered from them aims to empower veterans to look beyond illness and injury, regain their purpose, reach their potential and have a positive impact on society.
Equipped with the inner mechanics of a split time read-out Japanese chronograph movement, the Hawker Hunter Atlas Dual Time Chronograph also enables the wearer a multiple time zone readouts, providing a timepiece complete with the spirit of a pioneering aircraft of the jet age with the engineered construction and functionality to match.
