Following the success of last year’s limited-edition artwork for the Hawker Hurricane Classic Chronos packaging, AVI-8 and Ben decided to deepen their partnership this year by creating a watch that captures Inkdial’s unique aesthetic. This new release celebrates the four-year anniversary of Inkdial with a special touch: the number "4" on the dial glows in a distinctive green lume, symbolizing Ben's journey and artistry.

Ben Li, a UK-based visual artist, has carved out a niche within the watch industry with his intricate watch illustrations, primarily crafted using markers and pens. Born in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, Ben’s journey into the world of horology began during his time at a jewelry design studio, but it was during the 2020 lockdown that his passion for drawing watches truly flourished, giving rise to his online identity, Inkdial.
